I’m Brooke Monaghan (she/her), business coach and founder of Fruition Growth Network
If there is one thing I’ve witnessed over the past 5 years it is that formulaic approaches to business growth do not work.
And that’s actually great news if you feel like you don’t fit the mold.
I’m a certified leadership coach and since 2020 I have specialized in supporting values-led business owners establish sustainable practices to grow their businesses without losing themselves in the process.
My work centers on the belief that challenging business as usual can shape a better world. I founded Fruition Growth Network after witnessing the most common barriers that keep brilliant, creative, values-led business owners from thriving.

Lifestyle businesses are businesses that are designed to support your life rather than one that is set up to achieve massive scale or bring a brand new product to market.
If your primary goals are to make enough money to live a comfortable lifestyle while having an impact, you will fit right in. -
FRUIT remains open year round unless we hit our 20 person max, at which point a waitist will open. Right now, we are not anticipating that happening any time soon.

Yes, all of our meetings and workshops will be captioned and recorded so you can catch up if you aren’t able to attend live.

Pretty much anything as long as you can articulate your request in under 4 minutes or via email and I can provide the requested support via voice message in 2-3 short exchanges. If you ask for something that is outside of my wheelhouse, I will tell you that. If you ask for something that would be best saved for one of our group coaching calls, I will let you know. Finally, some requests will take several support days to fully work through and conversation could span multiple weeks as we clarify details and work through it. If you are on a tighter deadline, I will recommend that you instead book a private coaching session.
